Meet the Staff

Mark C. Chandler, M.D. is board certified in general psychiatry and board eligible in child psychiatry. He has practiced in North Carolina for more than fifteen years. Dr. Chandler has extensive experience with the treatment of Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder, and child Psychiatric illnesses. He also has sub-specialty experience in Neuropsychiatry, the treatment of emotional problems directly related to brain dysfunction, as in traumatic brain injury. A large part of Dr. Chandler's practice is work with developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorders. 

David Fulford, P.A.-C. has more than twenty nine years of experience working as a physician's assistant. He has extensive experience in pediatrics, military medicine, and family practice settings. He has extensive experience with psychiatric patients of all ages.

Debra R. Patterson, RN,BC has credentials as a psychiatric and mental health specialist nurse. She has a major interest in complimentary health approaches such as the use of vitamins and herbal products.
